Placement of Order

  • Any transaction between you and the service from https://thefoodtree.com.my is between with you and TheFOODtree.
  • All placed orders are subjected to the delivery capability and product availability.
  • Customer should check and confirm the orders before proceed to check out.
  • Customer will be notified by an email or other forms of notifications from us after placed the order. Order confirmation will be proceeded immediately and customer must inform to us immediately if the provided information is incorrect.

Price

  • All prices that listed on the website are the listing prices at that time. TheFOODtree reserves the rights to amend it without giving any prior notice.


Payment Method

  • Payments are processed by [iPay88 Gateway], a limited liability company {“iPAY88(M) SDN BHD”}, incorporated and existing under the laws of [Malaysia].
  • The Payment Provider reserves the right to provide other payment methods or to no longer offer certain payment methods. The end customer chooses the payment method when placing the respective order. Provided that the end customer chooses an online payment method, the payment might be processed by an external payment provider cooperating with the provider. Card data will, in this case, be stored for future orders by the payment provider, on the condition that the end customer chooses the respective storage of such and hereby gives consent to it.


Delivery Time

  • Our delivery time stated by approximate only and may vary, we would try our best to deliver the goods within 60 minutes depends on the location availability.
  • All the goods will be delivered by our third-party delivery provider. We are not able to warrant their conduct or behaviour and shall not be held any responsible for any miscommunication caused by third party delivery provider.
  • Your order will be delivered AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to meet the stated delivery time.
  • Delivery time may be exceeded due to heavy traffic flow, weather conditions, unforeseen incidences and we shall not be held liable of the failure deliver. If your order is likely to substantially delayed, our Customer Service will contact you for the delayed deliver time.
  • You are responsible to be available at the time of delivery to receive the goods.
  • If we are unable to reach you, we will attempt to contact you via the phone contact provided from you and if you are still unreachable, the order will be deemed as delivered to you.
  • In order to ensure the freshness of the meals served, we recommended that all meals should be consumed immediately after received it. You shall keep all the meals into the refrigerator if you planned to consume it later.
